Mediation Fee:

Covers the cost of the mediation session, time spent reviewing pre-mediation submissions, a limited amount of post-mediation follow-up, scheduling, and administration services.

Payment:

All payments are due three (3) days prior to the scheduled mediation. Atkinson Resolution accepts: Zelle, Apple Pay & Cash App.

Cancellation Fees:

After mediation is scheduled and notices are sent, there will be no cancellation fee if the mediation is canceled or rescheduled within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled mediation date. Please submit this cancellation in writing. If the mediation is canceled or rescheduled within the seven (7) day period, a fee of $50 per party shall be charged. If the mediation is canceled within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled mediation, barring an unforeseen emergency, a fee of $100 shall be charged to each party. If the mediator must cancel for any reason, the mediation shall be rescheduled, and if a future date cannot be agreed upon, any deposits shall be refunded
